Joseph Oden Estep, 45, was found guilty in September of stealing a car, driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of the Parole accident.

Assistant State's Attorney Crighton Chase said after the sentencing that the punishment showed how seriously Circuit Court Judge William C. Mulford II viewed the crash.

Isn't it about time that we say enough is enough... if a police officer tells you to stop and you don't.... he has the right to shoot your sorry butt. The only people who run are career criminals.... that's why they run and end up hurting the innocent.
Like this low life is going to pay anything.....

Yep, Seventy-nine priors. Why was this man not in jail or prison? If he'd been locked up this terrible event couldn't have happened.
Who turbo-charged Anne Arundel County's revolving door justice system?
