ANNAPOLIS AREAPedestrian peltedAn Easton resident reported he was pelted with rocks from a passing van as he walked across the Spa Creek Bridge on Saturday night, police said. As the victim walked over the bridge around 9:25 p.m., he was hit with rocks thrown by the front and rear passengers of a burgundy Dodge van. Police searched the area for the van, to no avail. The victim was not seriously hurt and refused medical treatment.
