Suspects arrested
Three people were charged Monday with stealing hundreds of dollars worth of tools from Annapolis area Home Depot stores, county police said.
At about 6:50 p.m., police were led to Route 97 North near Quarterfield Road to investigate reports of a suspicious vehicle.
The vehicle, which was spotted with the license plate covered, was originally seen behind the Home Depot store at 145 Defense Highway, police said. The vehicle was seen driving away as an employee walked up to speak to the driver.
