Police and witnesses said Charles E. Watson Jr., 39, punched the man in the face as he stood in line shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday, knocking him to the ground. He then began kicking him, before dragging him to the back of the store.

"The old man said, 'Don't do that,' and the crazy guy just kept yelling at him 'Drop your dimes!' " said Linda Fitzgerald, a clerk at the Royal Farms at 7201 Baltimore Annapolis...

Instant insanity I call it.
Imagine 3 guys in a boat smoking that crap for 3 days straight and trying to rescue them.
But they had guns and REALLY bad attitudes.

Or the guy who stabbed his Dad 40 some times for no reason high on that chit.

Thousands of other horror stories abound.

PCP isnt' just any drug. It may be the most dangerous as far as law enforcement and the general public are concerned. People under the influence of PCP are capable of unfathomable physical ablities and have no concern or comprehension as to physical harm to themselves as they carry on in their tirades. There is no reasoning with them in this kind of state. This man is lucky police didn't have to serious wound him to stop him.
