Imagine 3 guys in a boat smoking that crap for 3 days straight and trying to rescue them.
But they had guns and REALLY bad attitudes.
Or the guy who stabbed his Dad 40 some times for no reason high on that chit.

PCP isnt' just any drug. It may be the most dangerous as far as law enforcement and the general public are concerned. People under the influence of PCP are capable of unfathomable physical ablities and have no concern or comprehension as to physical harm to themselves as they carry on in their tirades. There is no reasoning with them in this kind of state. This man is lucky police didn't have to serious wound him to stop him.
