In a May 7 opinion released yesterday, Circuit Court Judge Ronald Silkworth ordered Dobbins owner David Clickner to tear down or move the fence he built on the north shore of the island.
Silkworth wrote that public use of the island has been "continuous, peaceable and reasonable" and the fence "interferes with that right."
The ruling is the latest twist in a nearly six-year battle between Clickner...

This is pathetic and the MRA should be asheamed of themselves. So whats next? If the "public" has been hiking a particular farm for decades and someone purchases that farm, the "public" is now allowed to trespass on that farm when ever they want??
This entitlement crap has to go. And for the record, I use to visit Dobbins on a daily basis growing up. It BELONGS to the Clickners now. Perhaps if the riff-raff hadn't trashed the place, he wouldn't have to build the fence!
