Hanford Bennett, 34, of Dorchester, pleaded guilty in the county courthouse in Annapolis yesterday to human trafficking. The charge stems from a prostitution sting led by county police at the Red Roof Inn, 827 Elkridge Landing Road, on May 4.

Who was the Judge who gave this menace to society only two years? We need to know so we can vote these lenient judges out. It would also be helpful to know what the sentencing guidelines were, so we know what the maximum sentence could have been.

Good going legal system! Mr Bennett will certainly learn his lesson after two years behind bars. There's no doubt in my mind he'll be set on a straight and narrow path towards legal income when he emerges from prison at the ripe old age of 36.
