Two challengers are trying to unseat Crofton Republican Ed Reilly in the District 7 council race, saying the first-term incumbent has done little to thwart unwanted development.
"Quite frankly, Ed doesn't seem to know what to do," said Democrat Eric Lipsetts of Harwood.
"The council has failed to address critical issues. I haven't seen him stand up and introduce the legislation needed to address these issues," said Green Party candidate Robb Tufts of Churchton.
