As they sit in Forest Drive gridlock, the residents of County Council District 6 wonder why. They wonder why new homes sprout up around them when traffic is already bad. They wonder why city and county officials can't seem to talk about, much less agree on, a growth strategy. And they wonder who can do something about it.
