At a Glance: Maryland Electricity ScenariosPublished 12/17/07
Gov. Martin O'Malley plans to make electricity central to the upcoming General Assembly session, but he has not revealed any details of his plans.
Last week the Public Service Commission, the state's power regulators, released its own study of Maryland's electricity future. The report studied five scenarios, three of which the PSC plans to implement on its own. Here's how the various scenarios would play out.
