The NAACP's legislative report card awarded an "A" to U.S. Sens. Ben Cardin and Barbara Mikulski for their voting records on civil rights last year.
The recently released report card tracked 15 key votes in the Senate, including votes on increasing minimum wage, the community-oriented policing program, increasing federal student aid for college, preventing hate crimes and against the confirmation of Attorney General Michael B.
