John Sarbanes seems to be everywhere. The congressman for the 3rd Congressional District has attended nearly 200 meetings and events in Anne Arundel County alone over the last 18 months, according to his staff. And the county makes up only one portion of his district. "I see him at so many events," said Del. Pam Beidle, D-Linthicum.
