Gov. Martin O'Malley frequently peppers his public statements with quotes from famous philosophers and politicians, but he probably crossed a line this week when unveiling a new computer program dealing with land preservation.
Normally, ornamental oration probably wouldn't be on the menu for a joint tech- and enviro-event, but Mr. O'Malley apparently decided to dust off the Bartlett's.
