Five issues laid over from last year will be on the table for Anne Arundel leaders to sort out, including some that have brought large crowds to the council chambers.
The measures range from saving a popular south county produce stand and mandating sprinklers in homes, to creating an incentive to install solar panels.
The most controversial measure mandates that failing septic systems on waterfront homes be replaced with pollution-reducing systems, and the bill is expected to come to a final vote, councilmen said.
