The environment, telephone services billing guidelines and the appropriate terminology for identifying people with intellectual disabilies were among the topics discussed at town hall meetings this week in south county. Del. Bob Costa, R-Deale, hosted two meetings in Deale and Edgewater, at the library branches there. The meetings were part of what Mr. Costa calls "listening tours," held each year just before the start of the Maryland General Assembly's legislative session.
