EDITOR'S NOTE: Political Notes is a periodic compilation of announcements Gov. Martin O'Malley has been chosen vice chairman of the Democratic Governors Association. Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer, who chairs the association, made the announcement Tuesday. The group supports Democratic candidates who run for governor. In 2008, the association raised $23 million. West County Dems Carl Snowden from the Office of the Attorney General will be the guest speaker at the next general membership meeting for the West County Democratic Club at 7 p.m. Monday at Perry's Golden Flame Restaurant, 1210 Annapolis...
