Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller Jr., D-Calvert, called on the Senate Finance Committee and Budget and Taxation Committee yesterday to address the issue the same week that the state's Public Service Commission held its own meeting on the problem.
The committees will hold a hearing at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the Department of Legislative Services building in Annapolis.
