An informal workshop was held Monday night in Chester to educate residents and provide answers about the latest work being done on the bridge, which is a constant source of angst for drivers.
Handfuls of people wandered past bright posters showing Bay Bridge facts and had an opportunity to ask representatives of the Maryland Transportation Authority about a critical piece of the state's infrastructure.
