This is such a crock...I was late paying my first quarter estimate, and was penalized for it as well as charged interest on what the comptroller believed I should have paid. Yet hundreds have not had to pay any interest or penalties at all, thanks to amnesty...maybe I'd be better off wading through a few years and jump on the next amnesty boat.
