State’s lawmakers chime in on Obama’s Afghanistan plan

WASHINGTON - Reaction among Maryland lawmakers to President Obama's call to deploy additional troops to Afghanistan was mixed Thursday.

"We have to have a plan to move forward," said Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger, D-Cockeysville. "I feel strongly that we must have an exit strategy so that we won't be there for years and years, but we cannot tell the enemy the exact date we will leave."

I find it unbelievable this is the Change we signed up for, only Cardin speaks out against this War, It is my hope and believe that these servants of the Maryland tax payers. will be thrown from office. They are not speaking for the will of the people. What are the objectives in this Wa???????
My son is a United States Marine deployed overseas. I say if you are for this war please inlist or re-up.we have been here longer then WW II and WWI combined BRING HOME OUR TROOPS This War will bankrupt our Great Country Lets throw the supporters of this war out of office I know I will be working towards that goal.
