Legislative leaders gave a bleak assessment of the year ahead Friday, one day after a committee recommended that the state approve no increase in spending next year to help offset a deficit approaching $2 billion.

Miller needs to go on the comedy circuit. In order for Miller and the Dems in Maryland to create jobs they would have to undo every single piece of legislation that Miller has supported.
