ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Gov. Martin O'Malley is proposing legislation that would require lifetime supervision for some sex offenders. Find Us On Facebook

Until the public expressed thier OUTRAGE that O'Malley had no problem with Child Rapists being released after a couple of years on a 10 year sentence.
O'Malley and his Democrat minions said simply, "He did his sentence".
