Del. Dan Morhaim, D-Baltimore County, announced yesterday in a news conference in Annapolis that he plans to introduce a bill that would allow seriously ill patients to receive medical marijuana from pharmacies and other licensed providers.
Current state law allows patients to buy marijuana if they can prove a medical necessity, but they still face fines.
