The Maryland League of Conservation Voters is out this week with its annual scorecard of state lawmakers.
Lawmakers were graded on their votes during the 2010 General Assembly session on issues such as funding for Chesapeake Bay restoration, solar power, oyster poaching penalties and banning the chemical Bisphenol A from baby products.
