Boys lacrosse: Severna Park races by South RiverPublished 05/17/05
Yesterday's Severna Park-South River boys lacrosse playoff game was similar to the regular season matchup in one way: Severna Park jumped out to a big first half lead. However, this meeting was different in that South River did not stage a remarkable rally. Junior midfielder Courtland Fudge scored three goals as top-seeded Severna Park dispatched South River 11-7 in yesterday's Class 4A-3A East Region semifinals.
