Two years ago, the playoff dream for the Broadneck High School football team ended in its own backyard at the hands of Suitland. The Prince George's County team made the rare trip up Route 50 for the state semifinals and blanked the host Bruins, 14-0, preventing them from consecutive trips to the finals. Aside from the physical battle that took place, Rams coach Nick Lynch said he didn't remember much from the actual game.
