Adam Palumbo was a man possessed. The Annapolis Area Christian School senior wrestler has become more aggressive and altered his attitude on the mat since last season. Instead of holding back in a defensive shell, which he said cost him several wins last year, Palumbo is more fluid and is always the first one to attack.
It was evident during the 125-pound finals at the eighth annual Ed Peery Invitational against a familiar opponent in senior Chris Ruland of St. Mary's. The two wrestled on the same junior school team and they've met in the tournament championship three of the last four years.
