A dominating performance in the middle weight classes helped the Arundel High School wrestling team hold off a surprisingly tough Glen Burnie squad last night, 44-30. Find Us On Facebook
The Wildcats fell behind 9-0 before rolling off wins in five of six bouts from 119 to 145 pounds. Senior Andrew Lewis got things started with a technical fall, followed by pins from Kevin Lauder (125) and Joe Kidwell (130). After Glen Burnie's Doug Spear earned a pin at 135, Jordan Hernandez (140) took a decision and Pascal Richetts (145) got a pin to give Arundel a 26-15 lead.
