Dobbs steps down after decade of coaching success at BroadneckPublished 07/08/08
After 10 years and 30 seasons of coaching, Dana Dobbs is stepping down at Broadneck High School.

Dana Dobbs helped Broadneck runners excel on the track and the cross country course during 30 seasons of coaching the Bruins.Dobbs coached the Bruins' cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams for the past decade, winning four state titles and creating a legacy at Broadneck. He had pondered retirement for a couple years and decided this past season would be his last. Instead of preparing for the cross country season in the fall, Dobbs, 43, is looking forward to spending time with his wife, Laura. The two will celebrate their second wedding anniversary today. "I've been coaching for 20 years total," Dobbs said....
