County athletics supervisor Greg LeGrand stands on the new turf at North County High.Two down, 10 to go. State and county dignitaries joined a crowed of nearly a thousand people yesterday at North County High School to officially introduce the new safety turf field, marking another step in Anne Arundel County's effort to install the all-weather, year-round, maintenance-free playing surfaces at each public high school. North County joins Broadneck as the two public high schools currently with safety turf fields.
