Girls Soccer Roundup: Arundel, South River matchup setPublished 10/29/08
Francisca Okoko scored the game-winning goal with 13 minutes left in the first half and Arundel held on for a 3-1 win against Chesapeake to advance to a Class 4A East semifinals meeting with South River. After Arundel took a 2-0 lead into halftime, Chesapeake made things interesting when Holly Bowen beat goalkeeper Ariel Ross midway through the second half.
