Billy Cosh isn't just breaking Nick Elko's state record for touchdown passes in a season, he's destroying it. With five touchdown passes against North County in a 49-15 victory against North County Friday - the fifth straight game with that many - the Arundel High quarterback moved well ahead of Elko's previous record (43) with 48 touchdown passes. Elko set the mark last season, during a dream season for Arundel, which finished 13-1 with a 36-30 loss to Quince Orchard in the Class 4A state final.
