Nichols was crowned the 215-pound champion at the Damascus Tournament after scoring a 10-1 major decision over Williamsport's Robbie Mies in the finals. Nichols outworked Mies, who bumped up from 160 this season, allowing just one escape for his fourth tournament victory.
Nichols, the defending county champion and East Region runner-up at 215, was the lone champion for the Falcons.
