There just wasn't enough time for Annapolis. Battling out of a large deficit and a first-half slump, the Panthers tied the score late in the fourth quarter, but Joppatowne walked off the court with a 57-52 victory and its first Capital City Classic championship last night. "I'm very pleased with our effort," Annapolis coach DeWayne Wallace said. "It took us a long time to get going. If we had just two more minutes, we'd have a different outcome."
