Wrestling Notebook: Cavaliers' mat future looks bright

Archbishop Spalding's roster is powerful, aggressive and deep. But most important, it's young.

Making up for last year's 9-18 record shouldn't be difficult for the Cavaliers, especially when nine of the first 11 weight classes are capable of scoring bonus points at any second.

"They're doing a great job here," Old Mill coach Dan Youngblood said. "They're bringing in some great kids. I'm so happy to see a program right down the road, starting to take the right steps to get to the next level."
