Wills helps Southern find way in OTPublished 01/07/09
Despite playing with four fouls for the entire fourth quarter and overtime, senior Jasmine Wills wreaked havoc on defense and helped lead Southern to a come-from-behind victory over Meade. Southern tweaked its defensive approach at halftime and forced Meade into crucial turnovers in the 56-52 victory. "We just made everything a little simpler," said Southern assistant coach Mark Schrader, who replaced Linda Kilpatrick on the Southern bench.
