Local prep stars savor Camden Yards finalePublished 06/15/09
The North All-Stars made up for last year's defeat with a dominant performance in the 28th annual Brooks Robinson High School All-Star Game yesterday at Camden Yards at Oriole Park. "Your adrenaline's going, so it doesn't take too long in this situation," said North County's Mike Bronakoski, one of three Anne Arundel County pitchers for the South All-Stars. Bronakoski faced 11 batters and allowed one run and two hits, but the North triumphed, 6-1, to extend its series lead to 15-11-2.
