Weather finally cooperates for American Legion teams

The Pasadena Post 277 American Legion team might be coming off a week's worth of rainouts, but there was no slowing the Saints down on the basepaths last night.

The Saints, coming off an 11-4 win against the Annapolis Optimists on Sunday, continued their streak against Severna Park Spartans Post 175 yesterday, winning 3-2.

"I felt pretty good. I haven't thrown that much lately," said Pasadena pitcher John Hodges. "The rainouts have been killing us."
