Balanced Bruins unload on Arundel

With memories of its latest loss still surfacing, Broadneck made quick work of Arundel.

Adrienne Gebele and Kourtney Salvarola roped six kills, and Katie Shorter played tall at the net to help the Bruins unload a balanced attack en route to a 25-15, 25-11, 25-19 sweep yesterday.

"We knew we were not going to give up," said Shorter, who had four kills, three blocks and two aces. "At Severna Park, we kind of felt like we gave them the last game. But this time, we were going to pull through the whole time."
