South River (13-3) advances to the Class 4A East Region semifinal at 6 p.m. tomorrow at Severna Park.
Each game, excluding the fifth, had the teams deadlocked at one point. There were four ties in the Seahawks' opening-game victory and just one in the second - another South River win. Old Mill stormed back from the 2-0 deficit as the third game included three ties.
