Furman, Cummings end Arundel’s perfect seasonPublished 11/21/09
Joshua McKerrow - The CapitalOld Mill’s Josh Furman ran for 414 yards and six touchdowns Friday night against Arundel in the 4A East Region playoffs. Old Mill defeats Arundel, 58-55 for the Class 4A East Region championship title.
Brad Cummings was ready to take the blame. It wasn’t necessary. Cummings combined with Josh Furman and the offensive line to end Arundel’s perfect season and give Old Mill a 58-55 win in double overtime to claim the Class 4A East Region title last night.
