Vicki and Rick Dyson knew what kind of a setting they wanted for their house. The problem was finding the perfect location.
They wanted a "tree house" - a place where they could live in the midst of a woodland.
"We looked all over Anne Arundel County for the right spot," said Mrs. Dyson. They found their three acres four years ago off of Owensville Road in West River. Heavily wooded, the property was in a small neighborhood known as Owens Valley Estates.
