Who would have thought it possible to find a little slice of the Florida Keys just over the bridge in Edgewater? But there it is.

Edy and Michael Cottrell’s cozy cottage is located in the Edgewater Beach Sunny Section. Ms. Cottrell makes her living selling boats, she’s an artist at heart.Located in the Edgewater Beach Sunny Section, it's no surprise this waterfront cottage has an owner as sunny as her home and community. Pointing to the homes across the cove, or more precisely, Spring Lake, as this little body of water off the South River is called, Edy Cottrell explained the name of the community.
