There could be a lot of reasons a daughter would e-mail a request for her parents' home to be considered for "Home of the Week." Among the first few that came to mind was a revenge scenario: Mom didn't do this, Dad didn't do that, and I'll really show them this time. Then there was the other option: Out of true respect and admiration for all that her mother and father have done with the home, why not share it with The Capital?
