Walking along Maryland Avenue in Annapolis' Historic District, particularly during the holidays, is a little like walking right through the middle of a Norman Rockwell painting.
J. Henson - The CapitalThe home of Joyce Kaminkow and Larry Vincent is located above the Annapolis Country Store on Maryland Avenue. Ms. Kaminkow opened the store in 1971, and a year later she moved in above it. It could be the brick street, maybe the merchants putting the final touches on their holiday window displays, the people milling about chatting with one another, shoppers looking for that special something, the iconic State House dome in the background, even the parking meters wearing their festive red plastic jackets, which give motorists a break from reaching into their pockets for change - all of it is picturesque and happy, like a Rockwell...
