Built in the late 1800s, the Royal Folly is a Dutch Colonial home with 5,000 square feet, five guest bedrooms and an owners' suite.

As for the owners, that would be Ed and Pat Mullen along with Samson, their toy poodle.

They had been living in Eastport after moving from their home state of Massachusetts for Ed's job.
