Real Estate: Three big reasons to buy nowPublished 10/11/09
Ever since the movie "The Perfect Storm," the title of that film has become an analogy for those unique circumstances where the planets come into alignment and create special situations that are rare or unexpected. In real estate, we may be at one of those exceptional moments. At any given point in time, ask a real estate agent if it's a good time to buy, and they'll probably say, "Now is a great time." There's usually some aspect of market conditions present that can give validity to such a comment. And, it's a bit like asking a dairy farmer if you should drink milk....

this really should have "SPECIAL ADVERTISING SECTION" atamped all over it.
Got to love the certainty in the tone of the below quote, he sounds like a used car salesman who has gone to right-wing fearmonger rhetoric class. "Interest rates COULD go up, and prices APPEAR to be firming. IF both go up, that's a real double whammy that CAN GREATLY INCREASE the overall cost of home ownership.
