Home of the Week: East meets West on the Broadneck Peninsula

Tucked away on a tiny cul-de-sac on the Broadneck Peninsula, Desiree and Ralph Scherini's dove gray, three-story home nestles into a wooded fringe of the Rosewood community. The 15-year-old house, surrounded with carefully tended plantings and pruned shrubs, was built in an area that, decades ago, had been farmland.
