Letters on this page were not printed in The Capital newpaper.

Letters published in The Capital can be seen in our online archive if you have an account.

To submit a letter to the editor send to: capletts@capitalgazette.com. No attachments please. By mail: Letters to the Editor, The Capital, PO Box 911, Annapolis, MD 21404. Fax: 410-268-4643.

The Capital does not publish letters that are libelous, in bad taste or part of an organized letter-writing campaign. We ask writers to limit themselves to one letter a month, of no more than 300 words. Include an address and daytime phone number, so that letters can be verified.
