I was reading "The Villager" and right on the front page was an article about littering. Find Us On Facebook
The article describes an initiative by County Executive John Leopold to clean up our roadways using inmate labor furnished by the Ordnance Road Correctional Center. I think this is a very good idea. I'm sure inmates readily sign up for this duty as it gives them a change of scenery, fresh air, exercise, etc.
