Doesn't sound like anything particularly special until you consider that the letter was written more than 60 years ago and his father has been dead since 1967.
"I think when I got the letter, I first thought about whether it was a prank of some sort," said Mr. Ostrom, 76, who lives in Heritage Harbour. "What are the odds? When I read the letter, it was like hearing a voice from the grave."
